Patricia

Patricia L Davis was born and raised in the Gallatin Valley, located in southwestern Montana. Patti has been involved in “ranching” her whole life. Raised on a registered Angus ranch many life skills were learned and engrained.

Patti is a licensed real estate broker in the states of Montana and North Dakota. Patti specializes in listing and selling of farms and ranch land, as well as recreational properties. If you are looking for something special—call and she will help you find the perfect property.

Patti is a certified livestock appraiser with membership in the International Society of Livestock Appraisers. She appraises all types of livestock but specializes in beef cattle.

Kristal

Kristal was born and raised on a ranch in the Gallatin Valley. She went to college at Montana State University on a full ride scholarship with the MSU Rodeo Team. Kristal graduated in May 2006 with a B.S. in Health and Human Development and Consumer Science.

Kristal is a member of the Gateway Board of Realtors, Montana Association of Realtors, and National Association of Realtors. Also a member of the Southwest Montana Farm and Ranch Brokers.

Kristal loves the outdoors ~ In the summer, you will find her competing in rodeos across the state ~ She also enjoys gopher hunting, training horses, giving riding lessons, and many other outdoor activities.

Gary

Gary Ullman grew up on a 4,000 acre wheat, alfalfa, and Hereford operation in Southern California’s Antelope Valley. After high school, some college, and a brief stint as owner of a full service gas station, Gary served a five year enlistment in the United States Air Force as a survival instructor. He then obtained a B.S. in Forest Management from Humboldt State University and later did graduate forestry work at the University of Montana.

Gary spent 30 years working in the timber industry as a forester and resource manager in Montana, Idaho, Wyoming, and Colorado, including ten years as the resource manager at the Louisiana Pacific Belgrade, Montana sawmill.

He is a member of the Gateway Board of Realtors, Montana Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, the Southwest Montana Farm and Ranch Brokers, and a long time member of the Society of American Foresters.

Working with land and recreating outdoors are two activities that Gary would find unimaginable not to do.

Gary believes that helping people find land that meets their needs and desires is an exciting and satisfying endeavor.

Kim

Kim F. Krull was raised 30 miles east of Pierre, South Dakota on a farm/ranch operation. He attended South Dakota School of Mines in Rapid City and graduated from the University of South Dakota in Vermillion, SD with a BS degree.

Besides farming and ranching, he has experience in the banking industry, and home construction field. He has owned and operated an agriculture related trucking business, dirt moving/gravel company and retail gift shops. The retail shop is what brought Kim to Medora, ND.

Western North Dakota and the badlands have felt like home since he first arrived here. He enjoys working with the people in the Dakotas, Montana and Wyoming. Kim was raised with the ethic that a man’s word and handshake were more valuable than anything on paper. His prior experience will help you get a fair shake with your real estate transactions.
